Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to come and join us at Nuneaton Car Sales. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering a first-class purchasing experience for all our customers.
Do you need automotive sales experience?
No! That’s the best part! If you are someone who has got strong experience of working within a customer-facing position and you have a drive and passion for sales and hitting targets, then we would encourage you to apply! We really believe in transferrable skills and we will invest in you your training and development from your first day to make sure you are as successful as you can be in your role. The only 'must-have' for this role is a full UK driving licence.
What will my day-to-day look like?
• Work effectively with the sales team and Sales Managers, to achieve own and the team’s monthly sales targets
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience throughout the entire customer journey
• Achieve a minimum of on-target sales every month.
• Greet and welcome customers on arrival to the site.
• Check and maintain the sales forecourt.
• Manage your diary and sales prospects.
• Complete the handover process of vehicles upon customer collection.
• Conduct pre-collection calls to customers to ensure organised deliveries.
• Confidently and successfully upsell relevant products and promote 'same day driveaway'.
• Quality check vehicles prior to them being collected/delivered to the customer.
• Accurately check part exchange vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service levels.
• Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and assist them on test drives.
• Provide quotes effectively and follow up within agreed timescales.
• Complete home deliveries as and when required.

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Working Hours - 08:30 – 17.30 Monday – Friday overtime available

A proactive, consistent and efficient Vehicle Technician with an attention to detail in all their work required. As Vehicle Technician you will be a team player with great work ethic. Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician Undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repairs on vehicles in the workshop Good technical skills. Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Previous Vehicle Technician experience within the automotive industry Good attitude and a time-conscious individual Full clean UK Driving Licence

Top rate of pay negotiable depending on experience

Vehicle Body Repairer Apprentice

We are currently seeking to recruit an apprentice bodywork technician - to join our enthusiastic team - who has a very good work ethic and will be a hardworking member of the team.

The role also includes learning to mask, sanding and other necessary preparation work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of paint shop prepping.

You will be enrolled in a apprenticeship with the college, you therefore must fit the governments criteria for this. Pay as per the government apprentice scheme. No experience necessary as full training will be given.

8.30 - 5.30 Monday – Friday. Wage as per national apprentice rate.

Apprentice Administrator

9.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday

You will be enrolled in a apprenticeship with Nuneaton college, you therefore must fit the governments criteria for this. Pay as per the government apprentice scheme. No experience necessary as full training will be given. GCSE Maths and English a must. If you have knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel it would be an advantage. Attention to detail a must.

Apprentice Receptionist

9.00 - 6.00 Monday to Friday

You will be enrolled in a receptionist apprenticeship with Nuneaton college, you therefore must fit the governments criteria for this. Pay as per the government apprentice scheme. No experience necessary as full training will be given. GCSE Maths and English a must. We ideally want someone with a bright / bubbly personality.

Auto Electrician

We are looking to recruit an experienced auto electrician, you will be fully conversant in all areas of vehicle electrical diagnosis, faulting finding and repair. Top rate of pay for the right candidate. We may consider someone who is currently a main dealer master tech that is specialises in electrical repairs.

Full driving licence essential.
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
Pay - Top rate by negotiation

Vehicle Body Repairer

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced bodywork technician - to join our enthusiastic team - who has a very good work ethic and will be a hardworking member of the team with a high quality standard of working.

The role also includes include masking, sanding and other necessary preparation work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of paint shop prepping. The ability to paint also will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be:

- Excellent time management & organisational skills

- Hardworking

- Able to work well as part of the Bodyshop team and alone and still produce high quality results

- To take pride in work completed


8.30 - 5.30 Monday – Friday. Wage negotiable relevant to experience.
