I cannot thank Ivan enough for all the help and support he gave me in purchasing my new car...I thought I'd found the right car when I purchased a Peugeot 208 from them but after having it for 2 days I realised it just wasn't the car for me I just couldn't get comfortable in driving it, so I rang Ivan and he said they could take the car back and I could choose a different one, so I met up with him and after looking at a few cars I fell in love with a volvo, so Ivan took the puegot car back and they even did a straight swop even though the volvo was a bit more than the puegot was he even did the tax for me online. I cannot praise Ivan enough for sorting everything out for me with no fuss no bother just great service 👍 I cannot thank him enough and I would definitely recommend Nuneaton car sale's, as all the staff are helpful, friendly and not pushy sale's people well done all of you your definitely a 5 star team I'll be back to you for my next car for definite 😀 👍

What can I say about my experience at Nuneaton car sales, when I arrived the staff where very welcoming, friendly and settled my nerves. We sat down with Chloe, she was amazing. We narrowed our search down to cars that met our requirement. We looked at a couple of cars before we settled on a Volvo V40. Chloe sorted out the part exchange very quickly. She made the experience very easy, we never felt and pressure to buy the car. Once the paperwork was sorted we then introduced to Jacque who went through the details of the purchase, Jacque was brilliant. He asked us if we had any question, he asked us if there was any thing we would like sorted with the car before we picked it up. Jacque then arranged to call me 2 days before the agreed pickup to ensure everything was okay, he informed me that the car was ready. When we arrived to pick the car up, Jacque greeted us. Another member of staff even parked my car for me as there was no space. We went over the paperwork. Jacque went through everything with me. He even sorted my tax out. When all was said and done, Jacque pulled the car out to the gate for me. We left in an amazing car. I cannot recommend the service I have received enough. I will definitely be back for my next car. Top marks for top staff and service.

Bought a Honda Accord from theses guys. Ivan couldn't have been more patient. He sent me a video of the car I had reserved online which gave me a good idea of its condition. I'm always a bit nervous when buying a used car. Especially after travelling over 200 miles to see the vehicle. However, this is a professional setup and buying the car couldn't have been easier. The best car dealership that I know of. Spotted a Jag XE online and popped in unnanounced to view it. Huge place, lots of gleaming used vehicles and a very busy workshop in the bottom end where they inspect all the cars, change tyres if they're a bit low on tread, service the vehicles before selling. I picked up a low mileage Jag with an almost new look and feel and 2 years warranty, 1 years free breakdown cover. I have a door speaker which rattling a bit and I called to ask if that is something they can look at and they agreed to fix it without question. How did I not know of this place before? I want to go and tell all my friends about it. Very happy customer.

Took a number of Jags out for test, no pressure applied by Dave, just honest help and answers to questions. He didnt know two answers and went to find out for us instead of guessing. Mark did the finance and was terrific. All done very quickly. The Jag HAD been fully serviced, No kick the tires job at NCS. It was gleaming and we left bang on time.
