My Audi A4 is perfect
I wanted to treat myself to an upgrade, and the Audi A4 was perfect in every way. It is comfortable and has really changed my driving experience for the better, as it offers a really smooth drive. The guys at the dealership were perfect; unlike most dealerships, they left me to look around the forecourt, and when I was ready, they were more than happy to assist me with going on a test drive and the purchase of the car. If you are wanting a relaxed yet professional experience, I would recommend Nuneaton Car Sales; they were amazing.

Tim was really cool
I needed a car for my daily trips, and I found Nuneaton car sales online, and they had so many cars that ticked all my boxes. I went to have a look around the forecourt, and a Ford Focus caught my eye. It was a great size, and while on the test drive, it felt really nice to drive. Tim from the dealership was a star; he couldn't have been more helpful if he was tired; he wasn't pushy; and he was very patient when answering my questions.

I was looking to purchase a new car, and I came across a Mini Cooper Hatch for sale online with Nuneaton Car Sales. The car had very low mileage, and it was in immaculate condition. I got in touch with them, and I arranged to go and view the car. When I arrived at their dealership, I was introduced to one of their sales agents, Jak. Jak made me feel very welcome and let me take my time having a good look at the car and let me take it for a test drive. I was happy with how the car performed, so I decided to go ahead and purchase it. The paperwork was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership to sign, and the transaction was very quick and easy. When we went to look at the car there was a few scraps and scuffs you couldn't see in the pics . They took the car into the body shop and fixed the problems and then delivered the car to my partners place of work free of charge when it was ready

After a disappointing encounter at a Peugeot dealership, I found myself at the doorstep of Nuneaton Car Sales quite unexpectedly. Jak, a representative of the dealership, was incredibly accommodating despite my unannounced visit, immediately putting me at ease. He offered me the opportunity to test drive a Mercedes and another vehicle, which I found to be a generous gesture. The main thing that stood out for me, though, was the absence of pressure. Many dealers push to make a sale, but here I was given the freedom to explore at my own pace. I really respected Jak for giving me the space, and the decision-making process was refreshing. It allowed me to truly consider all of my options without feeling rushed. Thanks to Jak's outstanding customer service and the dealership's welcoming atmosphere, I felt like a respected and valued customer. I decided to go for the Mercedes in the end because I loved the design of it and how smooth it was on the road. I'm delighted with my choice. If I could score Jak and my car purchase any higher than a five, I would certainly do so.

Worth the travel
This is my first time purchasing a car from Nuneaton Car Sales. Living in Cornwall, the local options for car dealerships are somewhat limited, so I have to widen my search. Every question I asked Ivan answered almost immediately. He was very responsive and helpful throughout. I really appreciated the follow-up call after I bought my Land Rover. I have never had this before, but it shows that they take great pride in customer satisfaction. I'm really made up with my Land Rover, it is enjoyable to drive and smooth on the road.
